Although the driver gave us several updates by text/calls, after 30 minutes delay he could not give us the assurances we needed that we would arrive at our destination on time. Therefore I arranged for our hotel to call a local taxi firm for urgent assistance. Both cars arrived at the same time. We obviously jumped into the pre booked car and I gave the other driver 10 quid for his trouble. Your driver then did a great job in getting to our destination with a few minutes to spare but, overall, it was a stressful experience"

"We called on 25th of May 2019 as soon as we arrived at the cruise terminal #38 Southampton “Queens Elizabeth II” which is about at less one hour before the scheduled pickup to let the central office in London (phone number +44-333 772 9737 ) for actually 5 five times to change the pickup place to the 38 Southampton (Queens Elizabeth II) nstead of the original pickup at 101, Southampton, The customer service person was quite helpful to try to find a driver for the pick up he even gave me the driver’s phone number which is ‭+44 20 3239 0212‬. I called that phone number for at least five times I’ve left numerous messages to call me back. The driver never even acknowledge my phone calls. Even the customer service person tried to call him a few times and he told me that he cannot reach the driver. You know that we have an Air plane to catch to be on time all 8 eight of our passengers are very very uncomfortable, Unhappy and you left a very bad taste in their mouths. We have to finally took an expensive taxi ride directly to the airport. I will give you three days to do good for us on this trip to redeem for this very unhappy and unsatisfactory experience with your company. If you do not hear hear from you for unhappy feeling damages we can do public announcement to all the public media’s online for what an bad experience That we had it only takes a few seconds. Despite the fact that everything is marked in color, so according to the description of the place where it stands, was very unhappy. The daughter telephoned with him and finally agreed on the spot. Communication is very important. Finally we found it and everything went well. In the car, we agreed with the taxi driver to take us back to the airport when we go home. Thank you."

I got 2 calls from 2 different people asking if we could move the time to 4.00pm from 3.30pm I categorically said NO as the gentleman travelling needed to be in London for the evening. The man on the phone said ok I will try and sort something out. Then I get another call, I tell the man don't worry I will cancel the journey if you can't get there for 3.30pm and he said he would make sure someone was there to collect at 3.30pm. The driver eventually arrived at 4.00pm and was very aggressive about us calling to chase him, bearing in mind he was half an our late! Our passenger has since told us that the driver was watching a movie on his phone whilst driving him along major roads and was not very polite at all. This is not a service we expect especially after paying over £200 for the journey - we will not be using this company again."

"Driver was early. Left me a voicemail before my flight had landed and phoned me as soon as I had landed at Heathrow. Phoned me and left me a voicemail 20 minutes later telling me to pick up my phone. Phoned me again and I said I was waiting for our bags to arrive. He phoned me 2 minutes later asking where I was so I told him that I’m exactly where I was 2 minutes ago as the bags haven’t arrived yet. Finally get to the taxi and 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the office telling me that there will be waiting charges as we were late. He totally forgot the call the previous night when I phoned to amend the booking to 30 minutes later, our flight was delayed landing so they obviously weren’t tracking like they should have been. Additional charges were then waived as we were within our 30 minute wait time. Overall the company and the driver were rude. The car was very dusty with mud and marks all over the seats. Not what you expect for over £260 and an “executive car”. I was also surprised at the route taken by the driver and had he asked if I would pay for the Toll Road I would have said yes to save us well over an hour. I wouldn’t be using this company again. I would rather have just got an Uber "

"The sole redeeming element of this journey was the fact that the driver arrived on time to collect us. The vehicle I booked is not what we received, but who doesn't want to swap an E-Class for a custom transit mini bus anyway? Once we were moving however the journey was simply the worst I have experienced. Alarm bells were initially set off when driving out of my parents village along a narrow road the driver decided to force two other cards to drive around him to turn right behind us rather than just wait a few metres further back and allow them to pass. Once the ensuing battle of wills had been won, somewhat unceremoniously, by our driver who mounted the curb, we set on our way towards the M20 and Heathrow. While I appreciate roundabouts can be confusing places, we were joining at the end of the M20 motorway, so there was literally only one way to go to get onto the motorway and towards the airport. Sadly our driver chose the other way and we were promptly heading back the way we came. This small oversight remedied we then embarked along the motorway. There are a number of roadworks on the motorway, making the lanes narrower which requires additional concentration, but nothing that can't be handled by a professional driver. Sadly we didn't have one of those and on more than one occasion we drifted dangerously close to the lorries using the lane alongside us. Of course this is an understandable element of any journey during which the driver appears to be drifting off to sleep. The really scary moment of the journey though was the borderline comedic journey along the M25. Once the inevitable roadworks had ended the driver decided that the middle lane was the appropriate place to travel at 40mph for about 5-10 miles. With cars overtaking, overtaking, swerving to avoid us and beeping their horns as they passed the driver decided to inform us that the speed limit was 40mph here and literally every other driver on the road was mistaken. After I pointed out that it clearly wasn't that speed he was silent for about 2 minutes and then sped up to over 80mph and promptly chased down the vehicles that had been so angry with us not 5 minutes earlier. Upon arrival at the airport my girlfriend and I disembarked gingerly, ready for a relatively easy flight thinking only that it couldn't get any worse. "

I called that phone number for at least five times I’ve left numerous messages to call me back. The driver never even acknowledge my phone calls. Even the customer service person tried to call him a few times and he told me that he cannot reach the driver. You know that we have an Air plane to catch to be on time all 8 eight of our passengers are very very uncomfortable, Unhappy and you left a very bad taste in their mouths. We have to finally took an expensive taxi ride directly to the airport. I will give you three days to do good for us on this trip to redeem for this very unhappy and unsatisfactory experience with your company. If you do not hear hear from you for unhappy feeling damages we can do public announcement to all the public media’s online for what an bad experience That we had it only takes a few seconds. Finally get to the taxi and 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the office telling me that there will be waiting charges as we were late. He totally forgot the call the previous night when I phoned to amend the booking to 30 minutes later, our flight was delayed landing so they obviously weren’t tracking like they should have been. Additional charges were then waived as we were within our 30 minute wait time. Overall the company and the driver were rude. The car was very dusty with mud and marks all over the seats. Not what you expect for over £260 and an “executive car”. I was also surprised at the route taken by the driver and had he asked if I would pay for the Toll Road I would have said yes to save us well over an hour. I wouldn’t be using this company again. I would rather have just got an Uber "

"The sole redeeming element of this journey was the fact that the driver arrived on time to collect us. The vehicle I booked is not what we received, but who doesn't want to swap an E-Class for a custom transit mini bus anyway? Once we were moving however the journey was simply the worst I have experienced. Alarm bells were initially set off when driving out of my parents village along a narrow road the driver decided to force two other cards to drive around him to turn right behind us rather than just wait a few metres further back and allow them to pass. Once the ensuing battle of wills had been won, somewhat unceremoniously, by our driver who mounted the curb, we set on our way towards the M20 and Heathrow. While I appreciate roundabouts can be confusing places, we were joining at the end of the M20 motorway, so there was literally only one way to go to get onto the motorway and towards the airport. Sadly our driver chose the other way and we were promptly heading back the way we came. This small oversight remedied we then embarked along the motorway. There are a number of roadworks on the motorway, making the lanes narrower which requires additional concentration, but nothing that can't be handled by a professional driver. Sadly we didn't have one of those and on more than one occasion we drifted dangerously close to the lorries using the lane alongside us. Of course this is an understandable element of any journey during which the driver appears to be drifting off to sleep. The really scary moment of the journey though was the borderline comedic journey along the M25. Once the inevitable roadworks had ended the driver decided that the middle lane was the appropriate place to travel at 40mph for about 5-10 miles. With cars overtaking, overtaking, swerving to avoid us and beeping their horns as they passed the driver decided to inform us that the speed limit was 40mph here and literally every other driver on the road was mistaken. After I pointed out that it clearly wasn't that speed he was silent for about 2 minutes and then sped up to over 80mph and promptly chased down the vehicles that had been so angry with us not 5 minutes earlier. Upon arrival at the airport my girlfriend and I disembarked gingerly, ready for a relatively easy flight thinking only that it couldn't get any worse. "
