"Both drivers were absolutely excellent, very polite, and the journeys went smoothly. The only issue was on the return leg. I had entered 9:30pm as the collection time in this booking, however the driver had been told to use my flight arrival time +15 mins, so he arrived at 8:30pm. However, I had deliberately added 1 hour onto the time for collection, to avoid rushing and give time to collect luggage and quickly go to one of the food shops in arrivals, before meeting the driver. The luggage took a long time to come through, and I was ready to be collected at 9:25pm - so basically the exact time I had given in the booking. But because the driver had arrived at 8:30pm, he said he had to charge me for the extra waiting time. I accepted this because I could put it on my company card - but if it was me paying, I would not have!"
